Dato’ Prof. Dr. Steven Leow D.I.M.P, group CEO and founder for IPC Group of Companies. He had been invited to attend a meeting of Asia Pacific (Investment and Financing) Chinese Financial cum The 3rd China International Circular Economy Summit Forum, and had been awarded International Top 10 financial Chinese Entrepreneur, which organized by SASAC Research Center and Organization of Global Competitiveness.
This is another award since December 2008.
